Testimonials
The RISE program has been a safe place for residents. The providers are readily available to help.

Rise mental health was there for me when I needed it the most.

Having a safe outlet and a professional environment where I learn to cope with general life stressors has been useful. I appreciate that it is so accessible as well. It has also made me more productive and effective.

I am so proud of my story because it brought me hope, joy, and inner peace. I am no longer at war with myself, so I am no longer distracted from my dedication to becoming the best physician that I can be.

The treatment was integrated; it wasn’t just a pill. I benefited from psychiatric care as well as psychological therapy. The skills I learned in behavioral therapy ought to be learned by all residents, not only those seeking mental health.

It was like getting an operation manual for my brain. It gave me some space between myself and my thoughts. I think that has been incredibly helpful.
