Peer Support

RISE aims to help foster a resilient healthcare community so that trainees and residents are prepared in life and work as individuals and in service to others as they contribute to improved patient care outcomes.

The Need

Trusted and accessible support for trainees

Our community is not immune. 28% of residents will experience a major depressive episode while in training (vs 7-8% in similarly aged adults in the U.S. general population). RISE helps bridge this gap.
